We do hope you are delighted with your items but we understand that at times you may want to return an item for an exchange or return.
– All sale items are non-returnable or refundable.
– To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes in the same packaging and suitable for a safe, unbreakable transit back to us. I an item is delivered back to us damaged due to not being suitably packaging Molly Belle Home Boutique reserves the right to refuse a refund.
– Please contact email@example.com within 14 days of receipt to request a refund. We will then send a refund address.
– Once your refund is received and inspected we aim to refund within 72 hours from receiving your parcel. We will then email when your refund is being processed.
– Unfortunately we cannot reimburse any postage costs so please send your items with a tracked service as we cannot br liable for any lost goods. Molly Belle Home Boutique reserves the right to refuse a refund for any items returned and lost in the post.
– If an item you receive is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.
– Please provide photo evidence of damaged goods, with packaging, and send to firstname.lastname@example.org Please ensure you report to this email and not social media.
– Please do not automatically return damaged items to us. We reserve the right to wait for your goods to be returned before refunding.
– Due to the current pandemic, please allow 7-10days working days from dispatch as some areas are facing delivery delays.
– Molly Belle Home Boutique offers free delivery on all orders over £75.
– We aim to dispatch within 5 working days or receiving your order.
– We use Royal Mail Tracked Service on standard deliveries for small packages and a courier for larger orders.
